I teach women how to create personal change with thoughtful habit design and accountability. This is the site I wish I had when I started my personal improvement journey over ten years ago.
The results in your life can be traced back to your daily habits over time.
Most importantly, habits can be changed.
Intentional habit design will allow you to do things like:

Accountability is the “special sauce” when it comes to creating intentional change in your life.

In 2014, I went online to find an accountability partner. Once a week for six months, I had an accountability call from Dallas connecting with a guy living in NYC.
Today, we are married, living in Connecticut and raising the sweetest baby boy.
